Initial Sales Contact or Request for Information
Our first contact comes from either a sales contact or prospect’s request for information. NUJIT will provide information to the prospect to show that we are capable of doing with business with the client. The client will provide documentation describing requirements and the expected performance of the system. Our company is willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before entering into any discussions or reviewing any project information.
   
  Proposed Project Plan
NUJIT will provide a quote with cost and time estimations. The quote will describe in detail the client requirements.
   
  Client and NUJIT Sign software agreements
The client and NUJIT will review pricing models and determine the best fit pricing model.
   
  Project Detail and Programming Definition
NUJIT takes all client information and writes a detailed project plan. The project plan will include resumes of the assigned programmers.
   
  Client Project Signoff
The client approves the project plan and the project tasks are assigned to the appropriate individuals.
   
  Program, Demonstrate, Listen, Respond
The developers start working on their assigned projects. At various development milestones, their applications are demonstrated to project leaders and client projects representatives. NUJIT prefers that at least one representative of the client’s team is an actual user. Developers listen and respond to client feedback. Any requested changes are documented, confirmed by the client and incorporated into the project plan.
   
  Deployment / Product Integration
An application deployment / product integration plan can be formulated by NUJIT or NUJIT can provide support for the product. NUJIT will provide several deployment options to customers.
   
  Implementation and Transfer of Software
Implementation is as equally important as the software development portion of the project so NUJIT staff puts special focus on being an effective part of the client’s implementation. NUJIT can train both IT staff and/or client staff making the transition smooth.
   
  Project Evaluation
Project evaluations permit clients to review NUJIT’s performance through the entire project. An evaluation takes place 2 - 4 weeks after implementation. NUJIT uses the results as a method of ongoing improvement and to evaluate each team member’s performance
