The Nujit Support system involves responding as quick as possible to your requests in the manner that best suites your requirements. Support includes responding by email, phone, instant messaging and travelling to your location if necessary. Our objective is to ensure that your business operates efficiency all the time and to continually identify improved methods to service your needs.
We are continually working on improving your interfaces and business processes to improve ease of use as well as responding to any customer problems. Support personnel are trained in the application and a direct line of communication is maintained with development staff for difficult situations. Our support desk logs every phone call, email and instant message.

 
Administration
 
Users can be assigned security by group or by user.
User operations can be viewed through an operations console that logs activities.
 
Security
 
Security is a requirement for the success of any system but the cost of maintaining it should be reasonably and it should not overtax an IT department. Nujit has created an setup system where users can be maintained as a group or as individuals and can also be assigned roles, all done in order to minimize confusion and reduce administrative work.
Security can be added to menus, screens, buttons such as ADD/UPDATE/DELETE and where appropriate field level. Transaction logs of Userids, date/time stamps and starting/ending values are commonly documented throughout the system.
 
System Upgrades
 
Upgrades are made on a continual basis in order to respond to each customer’s needs. A new version will be installed on your server or a remote server and when ready, you will able to activate that version whenever you want to install. Once installed you may choose which version you would like to use: current version or new version. Microsoft Smart Technology is used by each client to detect the version that is installed on the server and then used to update each client automatically to eliminate administrative requirements of IT personnel.
